As part of our Mission at Artistic Skylight we strive to provide you with the most accurate and high quality product possible. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please see below our Returned Goods Procedure Directions. Some products are excluded from returns. Other exclusions may apply.
Returned Goods Procedure Directions
Please complete the below form and fax/email it to
ARTISTIC SKYLIGHT DOMES at (416) 747-6630 or info@artisticskylight.com. Upon review and approval, you will be notified via fax, email or telephone of the appropriate action.
Return Conditions
Credit will be issued on authorized returns based on the following return conditions:
- Item returned matches authorization.
- All returns require prior approval, and an assigned RGA
- RGA number is valid for 30 days only. number.
- Returned item is subject to 25% restocking fee.
- Returned item is subject to inspection prior to credit being issued.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
