The Southern Ontario Chapter of IIBEC is hosting its 3rd Annual Diversity and Inclusion Building Sciences Forum to bring awareness to this sector. This event will consist of a half-day Forum that will provide some resources to help everyone from diverse backgrounds be more empowered and build self-efficacy, at the same time that we are building a sense of community and promoting our industry.
- Any professional or leader in the Building Enclosure Sector is welcome to attend, as well as contribute by supporting the next generation of talent.
- All students are welcome to gain insight on an exciting career in Building Sciences.
This event will consist of a panel of experts, describing their challenges, experiences, and career paths. It will also have breakout sessions for everyone to engage in small groups with the experts. Attending this forum will allow you to meet different professionals in the Building Sciences sector who share diverse backgrounds and experiences. Also, we will be giving away one or two bursaries to eligible students who are studying Building Sciences.
